Beginning March 21, 2023 the Services to Students with Disabilities office will hold all appointments by phone, email, or Zoom. Our office at UH-183 is closed, but staff will be working remotely to fulfill all accommodations and service requests. Students registered with the Services to Students with Disabilities office can continue to meet with their counselors by email and through scheduled Zoom appointments.
To request services or accommodations, students can go to the 下载shadowrocket at www.csusb.edu/ssd place the cursor on the Services tab and a drop down box will appear. From the available options, select Service Request and proceed to complete the form with all accommodations and services required. Once completed the SSD office will be in receipt of the completed form and will work to fulfill the submitted request(s) and/or accommodation(s).
Students wanting to register with the Services to Students with Disabilities office should visit our SSD website and place the cursor over the Services tab, and select Applying for Services. Complete the application and submit the form along with supporting documentation to ssd@csusb.edu.
We can also be reached for questions by phone at 909.537.5238 or by email at ssd@csusb.edu. The Services to Students with Disabilities office will be monitoring both email and voice messages to respond as quickly as possible to any inquires or requests.

The Office of Services to Students with Disabilities (SSD) is committed to providing eligible students accommodations that ensure equal access to learning and equal opportunity for academic success. SSD also works with its student advisory board as well as CSUSB faculty and staff to raise campus-wide awareness of issues related to disability, accessibility, and equity.
Since 1978, CSUSB has experienced dynamic growth in its population of students with disabilities. At California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB) there are over 1,000 students with verified disabilities served by the SSD office. SSD provides the necessary support services instrumental for the achievement of chosen academic goals. Services are critical to a student's success; therefore, needs are assessed on an individual basis. This highly personalized approach has enabled SSD to successfully help thousands of students achieve their chosen academic goals.
